Not a bad app in the past, but now you can no longer log on to the account... the perpetual spinning wheel is the best you get after the last update...

It’s been malfunctioning for two days. It won’t open my account claiming it “can’t find a valid internet connection.” What the heck? Emailed codes take about two minutes to arrive and don’t work after repeatedly entering log in data. I signed up for biometrics but it’s not using it. Now it just froze on me.

App had an update a few days ago and now cannot log in. I can log in from the website itself but not that app.

Downloaded this thinking it would be easier then going to the desktop site. Well been trying for 2 days and every time it says check your internet connection can not connect. As much as they charge for their maintenance fees. They should be able to hire someone to make a app that works.

The app used to work great until I was forced to update. Now when I log in the user ID is replaced with á9Çar and it gives an error. Edit: now I have to enter a texted code and it always gives an error, never successfully logs in

You guys need to put more effort and time into developing this app. With this new update I am unable to log in. This is getting ridiculous.

Using an iPhone and Touch ID no connection to server is available for well over 24 hours. It times out every time. I sent an email after logging In via regular website. Their response was very generic. Use Firefox or IE. It seems the entire email wasn’t read. Part of it indicated the mobile app is failing. The app needs to be fixed as it’s no longer viable. Yes I rebooted and did a hard reset. At this point it’s buggy. Otherwise the mobile app is pretty decent. UPDATE: It seems the fix for this temporarily is to bypass Touch ID log in. Log into the app manually. All of your input will be blank on user name and password as you enter it (another bug). Hopefully you get it typed in correctly. A pop up in the app will appear asking you to enter a code. The system will then send you a two factor authentication email or text. Once that is entered you may log in and Touch ID will work again. None of this should have happened with the app update, however. Had the system indicated the requirement to do so a lot of time could have been saved. Thanks.

Half the time unable to login. Now asking for a security code which I don’t receive. Been using app for years and now this. Frustrated.
