Good game Terrible service

So it’s a good game. I have played it for over a year and thought enough of it to actually spend real money on it. When I had a problem with inconsistencies in the rules for a special event I was given the most frustrating (think at&t) customer service experience you can imagine. All I was looking for was a “sorry we messed up” and instead got “these game mechanics do not need rules” that is verbatim what they said. So long story short you should look to give your time and money to a better company. Out.

This game crashes constantly since the last update. I’ve contacted “customer support” twice and received no reply. I’ll be losing all my work at the Portal down to this, and I’m not happy.
Pretty cool game but....

I kinda dig the game but it’s been less than 24 hrs and I already have to wait 4+ hours for a room to upgrade. I can’t see myself keeping this game much longer with times like that.

Pits your characters against people that are way too powerful. There is no sense in playing the game if all you are going to do is lose

If you download this game, then expect it to crash at least 4 or 6 times before it can open. Also every time you watch a video to gain something, it will probably crash after you finish the video and you won’t receive the reward anyways.
Lost so much money when I got a new phone

So I’ve had this game a while and it had no option for syncing at the start and had to dig around for settings and the app didn’t sync and I’ve lost so much time and money now to this game. No sign in option till the tutorial ended then lost it all.
