Good game Terrible service – Hustle Castle: Kingdom defense Review

So it’s a good game. I have played it for over a year and thought enough of it to actually spend real money on it. When I had a problem with inconsistencies in the rules for a special event I was given the most frustrating (think at&t) customer service experience you can imagine. All I was looking for was a “sorry we messed up” and instead got “these game mechanics do not need rules” that is verbatim what they said. So long story short you should look to give your time and money to a better company. Out.
