First and foremost I do enjoy the game I seriously do however the event were you get to spin and use the 100 snowflakes to spin and see what kind of prize you get is completely not worth it, it’s simply ment for you to think you have a chance to win something big and trust I have checked with my alliance members and none of them have posted any big wins that’s insane !! You have a great app why do push people away by making these stupid excuses for a great game?? Why!!!! We are loyal customer and you by far treating this like this nothing also the time it takes to get support from you is almost impossible seriously a reply to my iCloud would be nice. By the this reminds me of the 2accounts I have lost so far! YES YES YES 2 !!! 2 flipping accounts on this one device. What is the point of linking it with Game Center if it won’t remember you if the app was deleted by accident or cleared ? My account is still the same with Game Center so was my data not saved or was this just left behind I do make purchases with my games and I do want to buy some stuff here but how can feel secure that if I lose my app or phone again I will also get the investment I put into the game back well because I won’t that’s why. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

I cant get my level 21 castle back I had on my other iPhone, I had soo much going on I just got 4 warriors in the barracks and I’m not sure how to get my data back.

This is not a bad game, classic earn gold to spend gold game. But it is absolutely nothing like the advertisements. If anyone knows where I can play the advertised game let me know because it looks fun.

Over all it is a decent game to pass the time. Upgrading rooms takes days and nearly impossible amounts it’s materials. Materials are harvesters painfully slow. It takes a week to gather enough materials to upgrade one room....and there are 20+ rooms. Then you wait 2-3 days for the upgrade. You can skip all of this of course. Buying diamonds in the store will allow you to advance but not for long as upgrading costs THOUSANDS of diamonds. Long story short if you want to have a fun experience playing the game you are going to have to spend money. Lots of money. You will plateau and find yourself spending even more money. Do yourself a favor buy a Nintendo Switch.

Just like 90% of the people here I saw this advertises on Facebook. And the game is nothing like h the advertisement at all. So since the devs are unwilling to be honest about their game or how it’s shown then they don’t deserve stars.
