Fun game but a lot of mistakes

I enjoy the game and concept but there are some major problems. The arena battling is awful, that’s probably the biggest thing everyone complains about cause it doesn’t make sense. Then the game keeps not letting me do things. For instance at one of the clan waypoints in the clan wars, It won’t allow me to enter because it says you must have a level 6 throne room. I have a level seven and am upgrading to a level eight currently!! Then during the pirate ship my daily quest never refreshed and eventually I stopped getting hammers from things altogether. If I raided pvp no hammers. When I won arena, no hammers. When I sent resources, no hammers. When I won the invasions, no hammers. I updated the game even then tried all these things again and nothing. So the game messes up and it’s hard to advance

I really do enjoy this game and I still do play it but what throws me off is that there’s a black guy on the loading screen but literally you cannot breed black people. Y’all really need to expand your diversity it’s 2021 I know y’all can do it. But tbh that’s kind of sad and that looks bad.

It honestly feels like an ad program disguised as a game. Non stop, unskipable, 30 second ads, that turn on volume even when on silent mode, and open up other screens without permission. To top it off, it is a pay to win game. Events are just repeats, just change appearances. Even the new features of clan territories was a huge disappointment. Gave it an extra star because it was addicting.

Game is fun but a money out and items do not help much if you buy them. I bought a $50 set when I made it to throne room 11 and it was worthless Arena is rigged and they won’t fix it. It would cost thousands of dollars to have the new gear in lvl 11 or years to make. The process is too slow They allow people to cheat the system in the arena by having a maxed out player then using low level players to put them in a lower tier so they can destroy people They tell you to contact support but they do not listen to their fans, they just put a copy and paste answer If you notice their review responses here it’s always something generic, the same when you contact support I regret every dime I have spent on the game I have spent big and have I let 4.2 mil power and never win the arena Also events are rigged they get you to spend money for the HC gold pass then you don’t get the items from the pass it’s all chance and the chances are very low Also the items you spent good money on in lower levels are useless as you level up, there is no way to upgrade them to be able to use them again so spending money is just a waste Game has potential but they will not listen to their fans, that’s why it’s ranked so low I’m sure if you watch this reply they will either ask me to contact support or to update my review, well it’s been like this for years they have no intention to change the game

The matching system in this game has to be the worst ever the algorithm they came up with is horrible arena/raids will have you fighting people 20 to 30 ranks higher than you always and battle ratings 5 to 10million higher than yours at all times
