Good content, poor practices.

Hulu has good content selection. However Hulu ruins their programming by placing their logo on the screen while you watch. I’m not sure what they hope to accomplish by decreasing the quality of their content in such a manner, but at the very least it has now got them a one star review.

For some reason removed Picture in Picture. It worked before but now doesn’t after u updated my app.

It literally takes 30 minutes for one episode to load. And it’s not my wifi either because if I go to Netflix i can be watching something in 8 seconds. It’s ridiculous how long I have to wait to watch something. Fix. Your. Servers.
Freezes and crashes during AirPlay

I understand that it needs to pay out but it’s getting ridiculous every 5 minute 20-50 second long advertisement, canceling my subscription, just horrible

Edit 2: after following their own instructions in the provided URL for their error code, I still can’t get anything to play. I’ll be cancelling. And don’t get this app. Yes, there are some selections you can get only via Hulu *at the moment* but is it really worth it to get an app that won’t even work, even by their own insane instructions? Go with Netflix, HBO, heck even Peacock. Anything but this. Edit: lol apparently I have to reset my modem and my device and my router for Hulu to work properly. I’ve literally *never* had to do this with any other streaming app but with the numerous issues regarding Hulu I’ve had prior to this, now I have to reset three things? I’ll do this and update the review but holy crap what a garbage app. I’ve never had to do this with ANY app, let alone any streaming app before to get it working. Just like a cable company in their inefficiency and inability to innovate. Thanks Hulu. You honestly shouldn’t even charge people if it’s this much trouble to get your app to work. I’m honestly disgusted with Hulu’s business practices. I’m a paying customer but I downgraded to the advertisement version to save money. Now nothing works. Nothing. I cannot watch anything on Hulu. Both my phone and the app are updated. Clearly running a scam on people. And during a pandemic - whatever, if you read this, understand this is the hands down *worst* user experience for a streaming app and I hope they go out of business.

They have definitely upped there content library, but just want a little bit more, it’s almost like another version of Netflix with other stuff to watch.

I keep trying to use this app but everytime I even look at a series details it won’t let me click on anything else in that tab. If I’m in the search bar area and click series details then all I can do is scroll up and down, not left to right and I can’t even click anything in that area unless I exist the app. I’ve already updated and we pay for no ads but this is literally ridiculous that I can to close app EVERYTIME I just want to browse!!!
