Stopped capturing motion triggered events

The app stopped capturing the motion-triggered events all of a sudden. The event history with snapshots was helpful. I looked around the support page but couldn’t figure out what’s causing this. And the last thing I wanna do it to open a ticket on the support page; just so much info to add from an end user perspective. For the price, I would expect the camera and the app to work seamlessly.
Works well just needs a few tweaks

Can you please add support for Fahrenheit in the temperature settings? Is there a way to add the date and time stamp as an overlay on the picture? When viewing events please allow for the view to be able to rotate to the full screen.

These monitors record everything from moron to sound. It even has night vision that shows clear and have a brightness setting.
