Worked 1day, Can’t connect after the update two days ago

Worked great the first day when I got it connected. Through the app, I turned off the camera because I was having a house sitter. I have not been able to turn it on again since. It just spins in the app. I went through the process to delete the app, reset my phone, turn off and unplug the camera and reinstall everything. But now I get an invalid error and I can’t even get the camera back on my Wi-Fi. Frustrating.


Can’t connect to WiFi

Freely admit if you fix my issue I’ll increase the rating. I have not been able to connect the cameras via WiFi to my or my wife’s IPhone X using the app. I continue to receive the error code 3 during set up. The WiFi password is correct. The Orbi router I’m using has both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz....so I’ve chosen the recommended WiFi signal. I have tried this right next to the router and from across the house. The camera(s) connect to the parent monitor without issue. I can’t give a good rating for a product that I can’t use. I literally just downloaded the app so it should be up to date. Please advise...again, if you fix this issue, I will give glowing reviews as I do believe this is a fantastic capability. Thanks

If I could give this app 0 stars I would. This app makes my monitor almost nonfunctional. At one point in time it disconnected from my WiFi and no matter what I did it wouldn’t reconnect. I went without a monitor for months until I randomly tried to reconnect it and it worked. I have to keep the monitor on at all times because if I turn it off then the app will NOT turn it back on quickly enough. This morning it took 40 minutes of me refreshing the app and my router to finally get it connected. I will be buying a different brand.


Great monitor...but

This is a great monitor! I love it so much & all the features it has. The one and only thing i would change is the feeding tracking. I really wish it wouldn’t reset or turn off when my phone auto locks or if I’m using my phone/other apps. I like to keep track how long i nurse my baby, but it ALWAYS resets!

Subscription issues

I purchased subscription and there is no way to see its features now. Seems like I am paying for no additional features. I also have no option to cancel it because it asks me for credit card once I ask to cancel it. The app needs lots of work.


Most expensive camera, crappy app

You would think that when you pay for a premium product (in this case, a baby monitor) you would receive a high quality app in return. Not the case with Hubble. The app basically has ads, asking you to do the 7 day free sleep trial THEN pay for it afterwards. Horrific idea - this needs to go away ASAP. The app freezes a slot and is significantly more slow than all my friends cameras. Wish I could get my money back. Would advise against this camera and app.
