I have 4 cameras in my house to record various things I love them when there brand new but when they get to be about 1 year old the camera then stops working goes grey in the viewer and says camera offline. You go thur the steps and do everything it says to get it back online and it doesn’t work I’ve had to purchase a full other set of these cameras for my house which got quite expensive I might add. I wish that the camera had target zones so it could block out the sun coming into a certain area. The app it self crashes quite often as well for some reason. Like right now I can’t live stream and I’m not getting any motion recording events. How can all my cameras again not be working? When I go into the app all the cameras say connecting and then errors out I really wish I could get some help with this issue. I am not going to buy another round of cameras I will have to change services and get different cameras if I can not get this issue fixed. These cameras are supposed to be for the purchasers piece of mind and I’m not really getting that when there offline about 10 times a year.

Every time there is a update It causes problems, this latest one kicked both my cameras offline and Neither will reconnect . Thanks Hubble


Why do I have to re-pair cameras after app updates???

In general this app has been fine though it does sometimes take a very long time to connect to the cameras (not a WiFi issue) and when I update the app, it drops all my connections, so I have to re-pair the cameras. That is seriously inconvenient.


Camera not functioning

So disappointed in this camera. Not only is it always “getting the stream” now it’s not functioning. Then I see there systems are down and upon sending them an email I get an auto response that they are not working only Monday through Friday. Wow when your systems are down and no one can get assistance. People count on these cameras to watch their children. Extremely disappointed!

Normally I have a great time using this app, but since there was an update about a week ago I can’t seem to get the video feed to my phone at all. It’s just the spin wheel of death (loading wheel). It wouldn’t be that bad of a problem except the battery life on the physical screen is only 30 mins... I hope this app issue gets patched soon. Update: Their service was down and there is a website to check the service. Good to know for the future!

9/2/19 Still happy with cameras. But then I have excellent internet service with fiber to modem and a real good WiFi/Router. (95mb Down & 50mb up). I have two more cameras on the way. Total 8. Three of which are the Focus 72 for outdoors. I am considering upgrading my grandfathered plan so I can take advantage of new feature plus add all to cloud service. As it is after showing my insurance company I had a subscription plan and what cameras can/could do I got a discount for the security. ?? Only thing I’m not happy about is even though it’s a paid subscription after one of app upgrades I now receive a banner across bottom of screen that asks if I’m happy with the picture quality. I don’t need to be asked this EVERY TIME I view an area. ?? 7/9/19 Still very happy with the 6 cameras I have and continued app upgrades. Only thing I would like is “thumbprint” app open instead of saving my password. I always think that if I loos phone and it hasn’t timed out to lock then access to my cameras. An other thing is I have a grandfathered annual plan I subscribed to a few years ago which I’m thankful for that. However, with a paid plan I don’t like to keep being reminded to answer or rate the video stream. Frustrating. ?? 4/16/19. I recently purchased two outside Fosco 72. I have a total of 6 camera so far. Two outside and four inside. The Key to success with the cameras and app is a Very Good Internet Provider. I am currently on 95mg down x 50mg up. Fiber to the router and using a netgear Nighthawk wifi router with three external antennas. I have no problem stream all the cameras on WiFi. I even spoke to my homeowners insurance company and after showing proof I was in a plan and what the cameras could do I was given a discount that more then paid the annual fee of the camera plan. Only thing I would like to see is fingerprint sign in. Hubble has added so many advances to this app I can’t say enough good. I have used four of the WiFi cameras for a few years. The service as well as app upgrades have gotten better. I was experiencing problems in the beginning but with an upgrade in my WiFi Service as well as the apps I am very pleased with usefulness of them as we travel a lot and like to be able to keep track of our home. I use one in our furnace room to monitor the fuel, temperature ( water line potentials for freeze) and noise of furnace ( insure it is running). Others are used for unauthorized entrance, pets, and temperature of rooms. Two things need to be addressed to increase my rating. 1: different video format or at least a companion app so it can be downloaded to iOS photo/video so you can freeze frame or edit frames. This is a big one for me. 2: once in a while the camera(s) goes off line. Necessitating it to to turned of and on to restart. It would be nice to be able to WAKE or RESTART from the app.

The unit itself and the monitor it comes with is fine but the app never works. I can never turn it on to monitor the baby. It’s loads and load and loads and never works.
