Disappointed
Hsbc client
Never could deposit a check via mobile banking. After took front and back of the check, confirm button just freeze. Even removed app and upload a new app, still didn’t work. Have to drive to hsbc atm to deposit, so frustrating and inconvenient.
Considering switching banks because of how bad this app is.

I can’t ever deposit a mobile check. Every other banking app I use works first try. HSBC almost never works. I’ve been having to deposit checks to another account just to get my money.

A bank with so much money can’t even pay a good tech to build the right app it’s probably done by amateurs????

The fact that the company that developed this App has some of my money really makes me reconsider withdrawing ASAP. If they can’t make their App to work how can you trust them to handle your finances?

The worst app of any company - will not allow you to deposit checks after a many step process - wasted time - lame customer service that can’t help you. Total garbage bank.

I’ve a few accounts across a handful of banks in a handful of countries. This app is so so useless. It really is an outlier in its uselessness . One of the reasons I’m leaving after 10 plus years. How did they get it so wrong

It should have zero stars. Multiple times it fail to take pic. The app is so bad that I am switching banks to do rapid mobile banking I use a relatively new iPhone and have no issues with mobile banking at citi
