Chrome cast from Apple phones is horrible

Chrome casting from the Hotstar app in Apple phone is horrible and keep buffering and buffering every few seconds. However the same from an Android phone seems better. Can you check and fix this in the Apple version?

I have paid for one year and have been watching ICC World Cup. All of a sudden I am getting a message “enjoyed your free trial” and asking me to sign up for Premium package. The screen goes cloudy. Tried to log in to ask the reason, and message states enter 4 digit number, but no number is sent. This is a rip-off
