Paid but service not provided – Hotstar- Live Cricket & Movies Review

I have paid for one year and have been watching ICC World Cup. All of a sudden I am getting a message “enjoyed your free trial” and asking me to sign up for Premium package. The screen goes cloudy. Tried to log in to ask the reason, and message states enter 4 digit number, but no number is sent. This is a rip-off
