No subtitle for serials available. People from other languages are not able to enjoy all the content in Hotstar.
Constant problems

Constant problems when connecting Apple TV. Gives playback error message all the time. All other streaming - Netflix, you tube works; but not hot star.

Netflix and prime video are working so the internet speed is not a problem ( btw I have a 300 mbps fiber optic Line) but hot star keeps buffering every 2 mins .
Room for quality improvement

The contents are good but there is room for quality improvement. I was able to save some money using code HOT20 which in turn reduced my Annual Subscription price. All contents are in HD 1080p. No 4K contents yet. Good that they started adding some regional contents, show’s and mivies other than Cricket. Please also add couple decent NEWS channels.

The us didn’t show india vs Newzland series , paying expensive subscription these is worst app air on the show!!!! I had no option to give zero rating or else I would have provided , if matched aired in India hotstar they should technically play in us app , i wish amazon or Netflix take over these hotstar playing monopoly and making lot of money from us users . Crappy services

It takes time to load , i checked my internet connection with it, it seems there is an issue with hotstar. I don’t face any problem with other app.

No live good content available in USA or easily accessible . Live cricket not available in star with costco hotstar pack. I spend almost 30 minutes to find india va new zealand odi match live unable to find or available in cricket tab.
