Subscription upgrade does not reflect on Hotstar app and when contacted customer service will keep requesting same information over and over again with scripted message “ Please be assured, we will assist you with this.” Your issue never gets resolved. This is the 3rd year with the same issue. Will never renew again. Useless customer service. App has limited and very old content.
Big Boss Malayalam not streaming in US

This happened last year too.. and this year too.. HotStar in US starts to stream Big Boss Malayalam once the show is over. Very bad.

I bought the hotstar app for watching Bigg boss Malayalam season 2. Big boss advertisement always saying the second season available in this platform but unfortunately, it's not available in United States.
Unable to open the App

This app used to work good but now I am not able to open the app as it keeps complaining about VPN. I am using a VPN that blocks only ads and if you cannot differentiate between ad blocking and location based VPNs then it's a bad design. Kindly fix the issue.

This version (7.15) broke the streaming on phones. I am not able to stream the contents since the time I updated the app. How could be the most important feature of the app is broken?, I wonder.
Flawed but will use anyway for content sake
