Desk top version rocks. iPad version leaves a lot to be desired.

Been using this app forever but yesterday it just quit working. Used to tap Hootsuite edit the scraped text, create a short link, click to share to my Facebook page and Twitter. Used to work flawlessly now just says your post could not be sent. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Hopefully it’s fixed promptly ?

Use to love this app until recent update. Since update can’t post, keyboard disappears, engineers really did poor job on this. Disappointed

This used to be my favorite Twitter app. As of late, it’s very unstable & crashes often. Very frustrating when it’s a mere shadow of what it used to be.

Great product! Been using for years After latest update receive “Unable to send your post” error. I have to save as draft, go back in , edit the post and submit for it to with. tech support: Please help, need update Thank you

It supposed to be a good app, the interface it's boring and complicated, you don't know where to start and asks so many permissions just to use my Instagram, makes me feel they are invading my privacy

This app used to be so helpful. Since the last update, every time I try to share an article, I get a “Failed to send” error. I wish they’d fix it.

Are they going to fix this?!

I can’t send anything! It fails every time I try to post. I’ve been paying for this thing for more than 5 years and I can’t get anyone from Hootsuite to respond. Maybe we should all just cancel our membership. What’s the point of paying if it doesn’t work?! Please fix it or at least let us know what’s going on!

Haven’t been able to post anything in weeks, and there is zero customer service support, no contact number, and no accountability from the company. I paid a year to get the discount offer, but have not been able to use the service I paid for. Hootsuite has not helped me at all, and I can’t talk to any human there, they just push you off to the side and make you run circles with some terrible email customer system they have. Don’t use this company, it’s basically a scam, they take your money, it’s works a few weeks, then it stops working and there’s no one there to help you.

Really? You can’t make carousel posts with a video online or on the app? I can even do that on my free IG planning apps.. The layout of this app (and the website) is super redundant and confusing.. My work pays for this otherwise I wouldn't dream of wasting my $ on this when theres way better, more functional services. Fix it please!!!!!!
