Glitchy app, it’s so annoying. Sometimes it won’t even load and other times it loses my child place in the program and we have to start over or where we “think” we left off. Very disappointed in this app. They should have left it alone..

I was excited to have my kids try this while we wait for our Hooked on Phonics books/workbooks to arrive in the mail. I should have read the app reviews before purchasing. It just won’t load for the kids to play
App still not loading. Update did not work

I signed up on for subscription on Monday and app would not load. Updated yesterday and it still does not load today Thursday.

Just downloaded the app. Was excited to use this app for my kids. First time using it won’t even load past 33%. Super disappointing...So far this has been a big flop!

We haven’t been able to get the app to load at all for the past several days. We’ve updated, restarted and deleted and uninstalled and just get a gray screen

This app was really helping my son learn to read, however it will not keep his progress through the levels updated. He’s done levels 3-10 multiple times now, even though we’ve updated. Feels like he succeeds until the next time he gets on and all previous progress has disappeared!!!!

I purchased the trial with hopes of keeping this app long term. I can’t even download the first game past 20%. Needless to say I’m cancelling if I can’t even use it.

We like the content we were able to use but haven’t been able to do much. We could use it for two days but now we can’t get it to sign in on any of our three devices. I won’t be paying for something we can’t even use.
AWFUL GLITCHES

My son completes a segment then has to repeat it because it won’t let him into the next one! Also it’s just hung up now. Spinning circle for $$$$$
