Worthless app for my 2015 civic

Does nothing useful for my car and is challenging to connect. Lame. :/

All application features should be available for every model. My Chevrolet App gives me access to a key fob, that includes remote start, also vehicle location, vehicle diagnostics, monitors how I drive, and much more. And to my knowledge this applies to Chevrolet models.

Since the last several updates some of the features don’t work. Newest problem is when you click on schedule service you can’t type in your name or contact information. It just won’t let you, so you have to either go to the dealership website or call to schedule an appointment. Kinda pointless to keep the app.

Lack luster. Should be able see my complete service history on this app from every owner that has had owned my vehicle. Simple to add the feature of bringing up a complete hx by entering the VIN.
It never paired

I could never get it to pair, although it did magically for 90 Miles, then never would again. No one at the dealer could figure it out either. ‘19 CRV.
Ongoing 3 months with the tech team

I’ve been trying to get in contact with the tech support because I’m unable to sign in into the app to use these features. The tech team keeps calling me when I’m at work and I’ve specified that I needed to be reached before 2pm CST. I’m fed up at this point.
