Remote commands broken

*Improved reliability of remote commands* not sure what that is supposed to mean but I can no longer set, remove, or alter scheduled climate control. The app does absolutely nothing when I tap "done".

Downloaded last week and been trying to even be able to add my car to the app. Every time I try to it says the app is have technical difficulties and unable to add my car. Sad this is the only app like this. My friend had one with her Chevy and can do anything and everything no problem.

I have a 2018 Clarity. The remote features (like climate control) have never worked, but at least I could monitor my battery charge so I wouldn’t get a ticket for overstaying in the charging space (grossly overbooked charging stations at work). Well, now the app can’t even give me a vague hint of the state of the battery AND none of the remote features work. It’s apps like this that really make me annoyed that there is no zero-star option.
What is the point of this app?

Have a 2019 Passport. App shows how much gas I have left and current tire pressure. Nice to know but nothing I couldn’t figure out with my day to day drive. A few remote features exist including unlock doors, lock, and find my car but from what I can tell, don’t do anything. Most appealing feature of remote start does not appear to be an option. Yay for the trial subscription but don’t see any reason to purchase an ongoing one.

This app is terrible. It opens automatically every time I plug my phone into my car, and if I try to close it it keeps reopening. It never successfully connects to the car (or at least it hasn’t since February). Hate the app, but love my car.

After using the Ford Pass app for the last two years and then now buying a Honda and TRYING to use this app it has become apparent that Honda May make a good car but this app belongs in the trash. It has yet to update any of my info. No remote start no lock or unlock feature, nothing. It’s useless and Honda couldn’t care less. Save your space and don’t download it

2019 Honda Pilot Touring.. no remote app start nope not with newest pilot. With updated app they removed the “locked” “unlock” feature along with the cars profile to let you know what door is open. The push notifications are iffy if the alarm goes off... Um they auto charge you for service without e-mailing you to know. Customer service terrible and Honda car customer service tells me it’s an outsourced company doing the “link.” Seems like a cool technology that’s not there yet and not supported by Honda car co.

I do enjoy this app, but recently, every time I try to login, it repeatedly tells me an error has occurred and to try again later. It’s been doing this for over two weeks.
