Will not connect

EBowser

Since the last update to the app it takes about 4-5 tries before HondaLink will open and stay open, allowing even FM radio to play.

This app needs a lot of work.

Cnsdad

This app needs a lot of work which is disappointing for a company like Honda. The remote start doesn’t work and the updates on the current charge status is sporadic of when it updates.

Honda is Crap!

Df12000

I have a Ford also and their app is awesome always works! And even can start my car from my Apple Watch! Honda you have some explaining to do ... I might trade my Honda in for Ford next month...

It’s ok

TOM' ITUNE

It works fine with my Honda Clarity 2019

Good

ppatel44

Please allow to keep service history so it would be helpful for next service to check what were done in past. And allow to keep up with service records.

No Updates Allowed

CJC0201

Can’t edit info to update users, passwords, email addresses, or phone numbers. Can’t edit old vehicles out, old users out, old emails out ... basically useless - 2 stars is a gift ... ?

Infotainment system doesn’t work

Jijikwt

After the latest update, infotainment system doesn’t work for my 2019 Pilot, a vehicle of $37000 doesn’t deserve the System.

Not very useful

Dancing Rocket

This app has little to no use for my Accord Sport model.

More annoying than it’s worth

OrangeEmoShoes

The app opens automatically as soon as your phone has a Bluetooth or CarPlay connection to the car, which is incredibly frustrating if you’re finishing up something else on your phone when you turn the car on. I couldn’t find a way to disable that except deleting the app. It doesn’t even update all the information every time you connect. So it might interrupt what you’re doing to show you what oil life and odometer readings were two days ago. If your car has the ability to be remotely started from the app, it may be worth downloading. But otherwise, the app will actively inconvenience you way more often than it will ever help you.

Not at all what’s shown

Colorful_Mouse

NO car stats like tire pressure, NO remote start, NO find my car. The only thing I’m seeing even after registering is the odometer, range, and oil health. I have an iPhone XR and a 2017 Honda Civic Sedan, if anyone can assist with this issue. If not, I’ll be uninstalling.
