Why don’t they have it so they can turn your phone sideways? It used to be able to. I wish it would allow us to stay logged on too. Now I have to delete my app and download it so I can sign on. Sounds like there’s bugs that still need to be workout.

Don’t know what you guys have done to the app, but I can’t access it at all, so how can I send or talk to my son if I can’t even open it up, please fix this please, it’s been a mess for two weeks or more now, was happy but now not happy.

I have had to delete the ap on my phone 3 times because it doesn’t work and it’s still not working because I can’t even download it now. I go to the a store and click on it and there’s no way to get it. If I could not give any stars I would. It’s been very frustrating to say the least ever since they “supposedly” updated the app and “fixed” the download problem.

I use to be able to talk to my husband through this app. They call themselves making updates and now he can’t video chat with me. When I pull up the app the connection circle just goes in circles as if it’s trying to connect but it does nothing. I do not recommend

I have to delete and re-down load the app every time I want to open it or it sits and “loads” without ever loading. One 30 minute visit costs you $12 ($10 for visit, $2 for “handling fee to add money” it’s ridiculous and expensive to use.

This app is terrible. For them to charge a 2 dollar fee to add money and a $7.50 fee to get your money refunded this app is trash. I have had to delete and redownload it at least once a day and every time I do the app gets worse. The calls are expensive and eat up all your money in 10 minutes I would rather drive up to Hendricks county for free than to keep using this app and thats an hour drive there and back.

Okay so obviously I need this app to communicate with my loved one but it’s an AWFUL app and filled with bugs/issues. It doesn’t load properly or it freezes. I have to delete and redownload it ALL the time. It’s crazy-making. I have an iPhone 10 and I’m tech savvy- this is not a user or technology issue. It is the app. I don’t know when they do updates, troubleshoot or do anything to better support it’s users but just like anything associated with our legal systems-it put it bluntly: garbage.
Stop updating it if you can’t fix it

Why is it every time they update this app it gets worse and worse.. it worked with the original version, but this new one never loads. Just get it working and leave it alone for the love of god...
