The most unclear and misleading app

Pricing is not straight forward and incredibly unclear. The true cost per night is hidden, and the price shown is terribly misleading. Awful design, and no reviews on anything...best of luck to anyone using this app.

It’s a good app but would be better if they tracked the number of booking requests homeowners don’t reply to. Also, you’re locked for 24 hrs to do anything else because you’re committed to book until the homeowner gets back to you to either confirm or expires.

There is apparently no reliable sync between the app and the website. You have to enter everything all over again.

Once you figure out how to use the filters and such, finding a place to rent whenever and wherever you want becomes an easy and efficient process. Highly recommend it, have rented all over the country and have yet to have a single problem or issue.

Website changes dates on you sometimes

I don’t know how or why, but sometimes the dates I’m looking at end up magically changing to a later or earlier time. I enjoy searching the sight but would like a few more amenities to be searchable especially balcony or private outdoor areas.

No response or calls from actual property owners . Auto messages off key as to actual needs and questions. Not helpful , no human contact and property owners claim this app does not permit them to give their phone # to possible renters /customers. Ridiculous.
