Excellent

I’ve been using this app for years and it’s still the best app I’ve used for tracking workouts.

License upgraded problem

Disgusted With Their Greed

I have used this app for a long time. I have always had the free license. I just tried to upgrade to the lifetime membership and paid using pay pal thought the App Store and the cost was deducted from my pay pal account but the version of my app never updated... I’m am still limited to 3 custom routines and when I go to stats I am prompted to purchase a license. Any help would be appreciated.

By far the best strength training app

It’s crazy to me that there are so few Apple Watch compatible apps built to track custom workouts. The whole reason I got an Apple Watch is to ditch my phone in the gym and try to simplify my workout tracking. IronGAINS is as close as I’ve found to making that happen. The watch interface is sleek and effective. I love that you can set rest duration, it auto starts after you check your completed set, and alerts you when the the next set is up. It really helps keep your workout on a strict pace. Two huge areas of improvement: 1. The watch interface has no ability to “zoom out” and view/ scroll through the entire workout for reference. You cant check what exercise is next until you’re completely finished with the current exercise, or check your phone. 2. I would literally pay monthly for this app if you could figure out how to run it on the watch WITHOUT the phone nearby. Would be incredible to be able to “start” the workout on my phone, leave the phone in my locker, and run through it only on the watch. That would change the game. Overall great app, keep the improvements and updates coming!

Still the best workout tracking app.

TheDollyman

Used this app for a few years now and I still love it. I’ve tried a few other top rated workout apps along the way and still nothing compares. This app is best for those who know what they want to do and design their own workouts, it lets you track everything. Best workout app of all time.

So I can type on a keyboard and use a bigger screen.

Thomas’ iTunes

Needs to be compatible with iMac.

Fantastic

Easy to use and has the data I need at my finger tips when I’m lifting.

Great app

I needed something to chart my progress with lifting. This is perfect. You can add in exercises while you work out, make custom workouts, and it shows you your previous weight. It works with the Apple Watch, too. My only (very minor) gripe is that you can’t leave the workout to compare the exercises to a different day when I want to see if I did different exercises during a different session (but it still shows your previous weight and rep for the same exercise during the workout). Overall I love it and it’s easily my favorite one that I’ve tried.

Best app for efficient lifting

bcplap

This is the best. Being able to track lifts and see your progress, without you having to write it down and carry around paper or, just go by gut. I have had someone say something about me always looking at my phone when I lift...hahaha, I showed them what I was doing and they were floored by the tracking that this app provided. It also helps me focus on staying on task and being honest with myself on break times. I feel that I get in the gym, get it done, and get out close to my average consistently. I really appreciate this app, it is helping me get to where I want to go! One thing that would be neat is some personal trainer formats, some pre made workouts that someone can just add to there workouts.
