Game changer

gothe

This plus all the work outs on YouTube is changing how i work out completely. Needs to synch with myfitnesspal so calories can be tracked better as well as heart monitors.

Iron gain app

Simperhi

This is one of the best apps on the market for a free app. The in app purchases are good if you want to use them. It is a great tool to use to keep up with your logs and weight.

Nice interface. But...

I used this app the fist time the other day. It is easy to set up and to log the workouts. But when I went to start my last exercise, the whole app froze, then crashed. When I started it back up, my whole session was gone. I can deal with an occasional crash, but not when an hour worth of set information vanishes.

Good

So far so good, like the quickness to use during workouts.

Make it your own

Bill Chicago

Paid for the full pro version, like that I can just type in my own workouts and set my rest time. Hate walking around the gym with a notebook or a piece of paper. Quick animated videos would be nice and a way to customize sound but overall it's a keeper and worth paying for the pro version!

Great app good summary at the end of each workout!

Great workout partner

Robby Gunns

I like that I can go to the gym and know what I'm am doing as a routine. I like the rest element with a reminder to get going at the end of every rest period. Program works great when you stick to it and hold yourself accountable. But that is the way everything successful works.

Great

I tried 3 apps. This is the best. Great stats at the end of each work out. Keeps track of where you left off the next day you start. Recommend you get it.

Import export

Old school iron

Nice app, user friendly, good GUI; I like it and recommend it, however I won't be adopting it until I can import data from my current app and exercise log. CSV would work.

A stellar workout logger

I have spent the last six or so months tracking my progress using various apps and paper & pencil methods, and this stands out as the most effective tracker in its class. I was so impressed with it that I quickly upgraded to the pro version for rest tracking and had no qualms about doing so. I've found that the post-workout summary has been extremely effective at getting me to push myself just a bit harder each attempt. Seeing the total weight lifted, average weight lifted per minute and the percentage increase in each individual exercise is just fantastic. Wonderfully laid out and a real joy to use. Can't recommend this enough. Get it now and your body will thank you later.
