A bit touchy to install

Good idea - the passwords don’t always work and the app is touchy to install. But good when up and running.
Did they actually check the update before releasing it

As the title says, this app does not work anymore since the terrible update. No quality control! Very disappointing.

My appliances won’t connect to the app and I’ve wasted so much time and calls trying to fix it, it’s not worth it.
Ability to rearrange appliances

Getting the first connect failed from the app every time. Bypassing the app got them added. I’d like the ability to rearrange the tiles and order they appear. I have a washer and dryer and they’re in the wrong order, but there seems to be no intuitive way to do this.

I can’t even get a confirmation email to activate my account. Worthless after paying $13k for a range.

Downloaded the app, registered and logged in. Went to connect my appliance and the app says I’m not connected to my home wifi network. Errr yes I am. The app is a complete waste of time.

I have 3 home connect appliances. The pairing process has really improved from my first connected appliance to my last connected appliance. Each was purchased at different times. I love how easy it is to remote start my appliances and use the recipe functions. I can find a recipe that I like and send it to my oven to cook it! I also love how it reminds me that my water filter needs to be replaced on my freezer and how my rinse aid is running out on my dishwasher. Well done!
