Cannot register

App requires registration to use, but says I cannot register at this time? Kind of useless.
Can't login into the app.

I have several new thermadoor appliances and in trying to login into the app - I've registered but when trying to login I can not seem to type anything into the username box. Password box works but not the username - any help??

Complete garbage. The app login functionality is just broken. Instantly after resetting the credentials in the app it will fail to use the same ones. Even better their reset sends and email with the password in plain text. Terrible security practices which is really telling for an app storing your data and accessing appliances in your house.

Purchased an awesome coffee machine and had to add the app. The app is very user friendly, you can’t go wrong. I plan on adding more automations soon.

It has so much potential. However there are too many lapses in what basic detail should be provided. Example: rinse aid & water softener “when selecting multi tabs choose lowest setting” Thermador states that's not always the case. there are many contradictions. Mostly I should be able to control my dishwasher without having to press the remote start button every single time it's kinda pointless.

非常非常难用，我要打负5星级，就没见过这么难用的手机应用……而且死活都连不上我买的最新款的西门子洗衣机，拉黑不见，卸载了，西门子洗衣机我也建议不要买互联网功能的了，真是鸡肋，再说一次：垃圾app！

I see little value. I get alerts that my dishwasher is low on rinse aid. I can see the light. I went to open the app tonight to verify the dishwasher is running (because it does not reliably turn on for some reason) and the app says add appliances. I’ve done this multiple times. I’m not sure why. I’m deleting the app now.

I love being able to brew a cup of coffee from bed and it is ready by the time I make it downstairs. Just remember, you need a new, clean cup under the dispenser the night before
