ITS A TRAP! do not go for the free subscription these people will charge you $29.99 right off the bat, you can get your money back by calling apple customer service and they’ll get your money back, it’s a bit tedious but I got a full refund.

I downloaded this app to use in it’s free 3 day trial. Within 10 minutes I cancelled my subscription. They charged my bank account $29.99 for a years subscription, which I didn’t sign up for, before my 3 day trial was over. I have tried emailing them to get my money back. I can not find a customer service number to contact for help. Now I have to go through my bank to have it refunded! A lot of work on my part for such an useless app.

If you cancel the trial they charge you anyway.

I downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial. The app doesn’t explain how to use it and did not look like what I saw on the add. I immediately went into iTunes and canceled the subscription. I was still charged $30 and Apple won’t refund my money. I’m escalating this. BE AWARE this is a SUBSCRIPTION SCAM!!!!!

It took 30$ from my paypal when I only did the free trial and instantly canceled to make sure it wouldn’t pay, but it still took away 30$. I’m confused

these are the kind of apps you hear about on the news. They show you a cool ad on another app that brings you here and then they charge you. They don’t even offer what they show you on Snapchat. And they charge you even though they say it’s a “Free Trial”. I canceled my subscription the same hour I got the app and they still charged me. These people are THIEVES stay away. If even one person doesn’t download this app because of my review I am happy to saved you $32.67

I contacted Apple to get a refund for the yearly subscription that the app forces you to buy and they said that it had to be done by the app developer. Guess what... there’s no way to get in contact with the app developers.

Like all of the rest on here, this app is a scam. Uses a 3 day free trial to lure you in with over inflated uses of what the app is capable of. The app is a garbage VR of emojis that don’t do nearly what the developer says it can do. Even if you cancel as to not be charged like I did, you will still be charged. Under your subscriptions you will not even find a cancel or refund option. This is when you should go to Apple support on their website. Apple support will immediately take care of the issue and refund the money. Obviously Apple knows what this developer is doing and is issuing refunds.

I purchased Holocam IOS app on July 21, 2018.When i purchased the app didnt have any subscription at all. It was a one time fee to have all features unlocked. Unfortunately one day i opened the app after a very long time of not using it, and i realized that now i was required to pay in order to use all features but I once paid to have all features unlocked.My one time fee purchase of holocam was useless. Eventhough i purchased it on 2018 without any restrictions , i think the company should respect it, and my app should remain endlessly open and available without pushing me to purchase a subscription. On 2015 i also purchase the one time fee for Moldiv app and Tapeacall and this app now on 2019 has a subscription, but my app purchased on 2015 still remain as always and i can update to get the latest features at no cost, because i purchased when it was a one time fee. they actually respect their customers and im glad they did. with Holocam is different experience and i feel deceived and bad treated as i purchased a one time fee holocam on 2018. If i were a new customer so then i will naturally have to pay for a subscription in order to use it but that it is not my case, i feel sad about how this company is behaving because they are not respecting my rights as a customer. I wish you could do something about this. i dont think it is fair to pay twice for the same app. Customer service is non existent , the support email doesn’t work either I KNEW THIS APP WAS MADE BY PERSON THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER BUT I NEVER THOUGHT HE WOULD STILL MONEY FROM THEM. THE DEVELOPER LEONARD JUST WENT TOO FAR. HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM APPLE STORE

Don’t download the app, there isn’t anything super special about it and I downloaded it after seeing a fake Snapchat add, I tried to do the 2 day free trial and it ended up catching me with the year long subscription and I ended up being charged $30 and Apple won’t refund the money so don’t even waste your time or money.
