I paid once to have all features unlocked NOW they ask me to pay subscription – Holo.Cam Lidar 3D Review

I purchased Holocam IOS app on July 21, 2018.When i purchased the app didnt have any subscription at all. It was a one time fee to have all features unlocked. Unfortunately one day i opened the app after a very long time of not using it, and i realized that now i was required to pay in order to use all features but I once paid to have all features unlocked.My one time fee purchase of holocam was useless. Eventhough i purchased it on 2018 without any restrictions , i think the company should respect it, and my app should remain endlessly open and available without pushing me to purchase a subscription. On 2015 i also purchase the one time fee for Moldiv app and Tapeacall and this app now on 2019 has a subscription, but my app purchased on 2015 still remain as always and i can update to get the latest features at no cost, because i purchased when it was a one time fee. they actually respect their customers and im glad they did. with Holocam is different experience and i feel deceived and bad treated as i purchased a one time fee holocam on 2018. If i were a new customer so then i will naturally have to pay for a subscription in order to use it but that it is not my case, i feel sad about how this company is behaving because they are not respecting my rights as a customer. I wish you could do something about this. i dont think it is fair to pay twice for the same app. Customer service is non existent , the support email doesn’t work either I KNEW THIS APP WAS MADE BY PERSON THAT DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER BUT I NEVER THOUGHT HE WOULD STILL MONEY FROM THEM. THE DEVELOPER LEONARD JUST WENT TOO FAR. HE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM APPLE STORE
