Same as the other comment I see a advertisement on Snapchat of Santa Dunn g around a maze as a wallpaper with some snowmen and then I download the app and then it asks if you would like a three day free trial and so I hit yes of course. Then it mentions that my subscription has gone theu and I’m looking and it is nothing like the advertising video shows. Then I go to my subscriptions to take it off and it already charged me $30 for the whole year.

***Update**** Contact Apple directly, legit call support and ask to speak to iTunes Billing. Explain to them what happened and they will process your refund and you won’t go thought the shady developer. Worked for me and they even gave me a form to fill out about the app and to get it re-review by them to see if it goes against their policies. Apple support FIVE STARS. THIS APP ZERO. I’m normally not like this, but lie and steal from me, oh buddy. No Also reading reviews from their other apps, they do it to. Snap chat add said it was an interactive home screen app, I thought, well maybe it’s inside the app. Downloads app. Install app. Immediately promoted with you need a subscription. $29.99 a year. But I was like, okay what ever it says 3 day trial, let’s just try it out. NOPE! They immediately charged. Me I’m contact Apple right now.

I saw this app in a ad on Snapchat saying this app could create live wallpapers and such, I downloaded this app for that purpose and when I opened the app it said I had to pay $29.99. Of course I wasn’t going to pay $30 just for an app, but above the price it said 3 day free trial. I signed up for this 3 day free trial and planned on cancelling it the day of the purchase so I wouldn’t have to pay $30. As soon as I signed up I used the app for maybe 10 seconds at most and realized I couldn’t do anything the ad said I could do with this app. So I went to cancel this free trial right away and as I did I got a notification that my card was charged $30... I got this app 12/25/19 and got an email that said I must cancel the subscription The 24th of December, before getting charged $30. So they expected me to cancel the day before I even knew the app before I got charged $30 for absolutely nothing. So this is not only failed advertising, but a complete scam. And even if you do cancel the subscription and still get charged $30, you don’t get to finish or continue using the app until you pay another $30. Other apps allow you to continue to use the app until your subscription expires after cancellation. Just DON’T get this app.

I tried the three day free trial and cancel the day I tried it out. Later I found out it charged my card anyway. I am very unhappy and would like a refund !

I barley downloaded the app and used it for 5 mins then I get a pop up for a free trail offer I accept and then I get my face gets scanned not to long after I get a notification that I’ve just spent $30 for a year subscription I didn’t even know I signed up for. I feel tricked and deceived and would like to be contacted back immediately to talk about receiving a refund

I was able to get a refund by calling apple but please dont buy ?? they promise you a 3 DAY FREE TRIAL, but actually charges u the day you agree to the so-called “free trial”

TOTAL SCAM. There is no 3 day free trial. They charge you immediately. Even though I unsubscribes minutes after downloading. Apple will not refund you because they say it does not qualify and they direct you to “read their return policy” and Holocam won’t respond to emails. Quick way for cheats to get rich. Shame on you NO STARS
