Works better than most

I think this app is intuitive and very easy to use. There seems to be a glitch when looking at the map mode for hotels. Sometimes it does not locate the address precisely and it does not know places of interest so you can't search around them. I have used the website to book for many years but I am starting to use the app more and more as it becomes more robust and user friendly.
Can't change room assignments

I really like this app. I can search, compare all kinds of different rates, make special requests, get into most rooms etc with it. Saves me a ton of time.
