I love Hilton Hotels The use of Digital Key and being able to text the hotel staff with questions through the app, also being able to check in through Digital Check In. My favorite hotels to stay at under the Hilton Brands Are Embassy Suites & Hampton Inns. The app is a bonus I see points I see past stays, Future stays I can rebook it’s just AWESOME!!

Your app makes it easier to book rooms/hotels with my preferences. With pre-checkin I can select my room and take less time at the front desk; I'm sure this helps the staff when they have heavy checkins too. I also don't have to print reservations to confirm the rate/room type are correct because it's right there on my iPhone.

The Hilton Honors app never work. I put in my correct password and log in name to be locked out of my account when it does not work. Tried on multiple devices, very poor.

This app is very useful! The digital key is great (we had one incident where using the digital key then made the other keys not work) but over all it was useful. I like being able check in before hand and choosing my room. Accessing the amenities is great. If I was going to make one improvement it would be to access the hotel internet through the app. But over all great design!

Read the last review on a person who claims after 4 stays he’s a Diamond member! Well, I just had 5 stays in a row this past November, Still Silver? Just Saying! Also, we’ve been staying at HILTON for Years, Still Silver, what’s wrong with this Picture?
