Retains my information. Checking in in advance from my smart phone and picking my room is awesome and worry free. Very easy to maneuver. Best hotel chain app out there!

The HHonors apps is slick, innovative and refreshing to use. I especially like the ability, at some locations, to use my phone/app as my room key. Clever and innovative. Nice work!!
