Love the ease of use of this app. Anytime I need any information regarding my upcoming stays, communications with the hotel, or digital keys, everything is readily available at my fingertips

The app is pretty decent. I like being able to access all of my different reservations at different hotels. I also like being able to check in from the app without having to go to the front desk. I have two complaints. I wish I could check in my vehicle through the app. That way I don’t have to go to the front desk at all and I don’t have to worry about getting towed. Secondly, it takes too long to access the digital key. If they can make it easier to access the digital key, maybe just a single touch to access and open the door, I would give the app a five star review.
Awesome but still room for improvement.

Awsome, except it sometimes doesn’t show a newly booked or changed room until I manually quit from the app and restart it. It would also be nice if it showed more clearly the ammenities at each location, and perhaps even linked to the menus of properties with restaurants.

I stay out Hilton brand hotels almost exclusively. I have read through a lot of the reviews and I do agree with some. The selection map could be a little more representative of where amenities are and the entrance. I also agree that the digital key is a little comber some, however, it's a lot better than having a ca d key accidentally come in contact with your phone and no longer work, then you have to go downstairs and get it reassigned. All in all the app is good, and the hotels are usually great.

The HIlton Honors app is great! Made check in very easy. But the demand to create a nickname that is original is stupid and time consuming.
