Cannot check in

For the past 6 months or so - I have not been able to check in using the app. It just gives me a long message that says something about online check in not being available and sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. I have to get on the Hilton Honors website to check in - which is a giant pain. I used to be able to check in using the app - I’ve been diamond for the past few years so I have had quite a few stays. I have no idea how to get actual support for the app so I don’t even know how to try to get someone from Hilton on the phone to troubleshoot. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, logged out and back in, etc etc.

Keep your info updated, but otherwise easy to use and book hotels and convenient with check in and electronic key feature!

great interface, super intuitive and easy to use really easy to search for a hotel and compare price/amenities/location for the option that best suits your trip! just made the move across the united states and finding a hotel each night was made so easy with this app.

Once the intelligent companion get a custom to what you’re shopping for what you like where you like to stay at find deals for you and saves a lot honestly saves a lot of time and effort I love this app I just literally enjoyed it thank you software department thank U thank U thank U
This app did not deliver the promised experience

The app promised me a digital room key so I could go straight to my hotel room, bypassing the front desk. This app never delivered the promised key and was a complete waste of time. It was deleted from my phone.

Love the app but would love to see the room selection option beefed up ... show me where the lounge is ... show me the windows in each room, and what the view is like.

I travel to LV for work once a month and have been staying at this hotel the last few months. As a single female traveler I appreciate the comfort of consistent good service, I feel safe coming and going and the fact that it’s a non smoking hotel, it’s not a casino atmosphere and guests appear to be professional or family oriented. The rooms are clean and have everything I need for a business trip.
