Managers reception and breakfast were good but there were some issues with our stay. Noisy kids all day long running on the 2nd story walk ways. AC went out around 2pm on Tuesday 6/26. Both room phones did not work. Tried to call with my cellphone and couldn’t get through, finally had to go to the front desk in person. Said AC was out and they were calling the vendor. Definitely below what I’d expect for a Hilton property. Think twice before staying here.

I like the Hilton app for ease of making a. Reservation however sometimes I book on third party sites as the rates are less expensive.

This app is a pretend app

Not sure how this app has received such high marks when it is pretty obvious that nobody is using it at the hotel. Whatever.....the only thing more disappointing was the customer service response when I called. Glad I used a credit card so I can get a real response when I challenge the charges.

I love Hilton mobile app, it is great. I have been To Marriott but their process of check in through mobile app is not that great. Great app! Great service.

This app is a must have for anyone who wants to stay in such a fine establishment. It has helped me to check in from my phone and even offers the mobile key for the rooms. It is one of the greatest inventions that I have ever used, and I do not think I could have anything better. Outside of learning where Lebron James is going for free agency, this is the most exciting part of my summer.

The info for the hotel in Lisbon, Portugal, for example, is confusing. Why don’t you provide a tool to message the individual hotels with questions one may have? Right now, I’m going to the Marriott app to see if I can get what I need. BTW, what sense does it make to have a hotel on your favorites list if you don’t provide a link to open its page? Why can’t one save one’s search preferences? And to boot, the feedback utility does not work!
