App doesn’t work anymore

Can’t load reservations, can’t view rates. Worked well till about 3 weeks ago. Deleted and reinstalled. Updated iPhone. Can’t contact support through app, just doesn’t work anymore...

This app is so user friendly that absolutely no one can make a mistake. Young and old, even computer illiterate dummies will have no problems making, modifying, or canceling a reservation. It is probably the best app I’ve used. The Hilton properties employ friendly staff who are always willing to assist. Five stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Doesn’t really work for emergency use

I dropped my key in my room right before I left and got locked out. I downloaded the app so I could get a virtual key to let myself back in, but the app said I had no previous reservations. This was in the middle of a weekend stay while using my confirmation number, last name, and checkin date. No results found. Had to call security to get let back in. Rest of the app seems kind of useful, but most info can probably be found with a Google search. Was hoping app would work in a pinch, but seems to only work if you have it set up before check in.

People are very helpful when there is an issue or when trying to book a room. The Hilton Honors website is easy to negotiate and find rooms.

Stays not logging in app

I’ve been an HHonors member for several years now and once had Diamond status. I lost Diamond due to lack of business travel about 7 years ago. I just started traveling again and I’m very pleased with the ease of use of the app, especially the early check in and digital keys. Not to mention the properties themselves. It appears Hampton properties has done major renovations to locations throughout the United States. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and I look for to reaching Diamond status again in 2021! P. S. I got Sulver status after just 2 stays! Very impressive!!

I just spent more than ten minutes wasted online trying to book a room. I gave up and opened my app on my iPhone. In less than a minutes I was able to book and get confirmation of my stay! The Hilton App is the best!!
