I travel 50% of the time for work and always stay at Hilton properties. They have a tremendous loyalty program and are always clean and inviting. Customer service is amazing and they have so many locations to choose from. I am a huge Hilton fan and recommend them to anyone for business or leisure travel!

Why need so many points, 25,000 for stay on a room with senior rate of $125.00 per night. Did find interesting, that when I checked on the Cash and points option....room rate jumped to $121.00 interesting... May need to reevaluate my future rewards programs for Hotel and use of my Hilton American Express for points.....

I’m in diamond member, have 80 to 150 stays a year, and the Hilton is the best, keep up the good work.
Can’t add member card to apple wallet

When I try to add the member card to my apple wallet I get an error message “something went wrong”

Checking in is such a breeze. They describe the property very well and I can select my room - my way, my likes, away from my dislikes . Love the easiness! Thanks
