We are military members and love using the Hilton app for our stays during travel. There are hotels in most the locations were trying to visit, we always find great rates for nice rooms and pleasant company. Highly recommend
It’s good but

I’ve been wanting to check rates at hotels for where I wanna travel but the past few days when I open the app it’s been saying that it can’t show me any rates. I’ll search for the city I wanna go to and choose the dates but it will say that it can’t find any rates for any of the Hilton hotels for the locations that I search. Edit: I got the app updated today and it said that it would run smoother than ever. Guess what it’s not. The app still won’t show the rates of the hotels which is an issue I’ve been having for the past week. I’ve been having to go to my web browser and login to my Hilton account. What’s the point of the app if it’s still not going to work after the update

I've been a Hilton Honor's member for years and we love this app. It lets me know exactly how many points I have and it's very easy to book a hotel stay. Or cancel when I have to. As a family we have stayed at some very, very nice resorts and some moderate hotels also-never disappointed and always CLEAN. Staff is ALWAYS also nice and welcoming. We love the Hilton family

The best thing I like about checking in is choosing your own room, during this pandemic we have been traveling extensively and not wanting to stay any other floor but the first this way we make sure we practice social distancing.

I had selected a room, five night stay, and when I tried to finalize the booking the site stalled out and when it finally allowed me to book my room the cost went up $5 per night. I chose Hilton over Marriott, I may need to switch back.
Update is horrible

As a Diamond member I travel and stay at the same places often. They removed the ability to pull up you previous stays and use that info to rebook your next stay. Also as others have pointed out you can’t cancel through the app. Huge step backwards for no gain.
