Won’t open anymore after update

Crashes every time on my iPhone 12pro and my galaxy s10+ after updating to latest versions and latest os on each device. Please fix asap!

No Tech Support Help for Homeowners!

Hik vision dbr and cameras are beautiful when they work, but the software should be owner friendly. You call tech support and they want to only work with a service tech instead of working with the home owner who owns the equipment!!! I would have purchased cameras and dbr equipment from another electronic equipment if I had known it would be this difficult to troubleshoot my issues. I have problems every time my area has power outages from lightening strikes!

I had a problem doing a playback on two of my cameras out of eight. Called customer service at 1 (866) 200-6690. They were great. They talked me through my situation and my problem is fixed. Cameras are outstanding. K Roberts

حيث انه عند تحريك الكاميرا عن طريق التطبيق لأيمكن التحكم بوقت توقفها أو بالمكان الذي تتوقف فيه فكل امر تحريك يتحرك بمسافة معينه لايستطيع المتحكم بالتحريك توجيه الكاميرا لمكان محدد
