No Tech Support Help for Homeowners! – Hik-Connect - for End user Review

Hik vision dbr and cameras are beautiful when they work, but the software should be owner friendly. You call tech support and they want to only work with a service tech instead of working with the home owner who owns the equipment!!! I would have purchased cameras and dbr equipment from another electronic equipment if I had known it would be this difficult to troubleshoot my issues. I have problems every time my area has power outages from lightening strikes!
