Well, this way of meeting Friends is truly awesome, but after talking to a few people I found out that nobody that I talked to paid to use the app except for me, now I did not have to pay to see people and swipe right or left, but I did have to pay if I wanted to respond messages and see my “heys” obviously how can I not pay if I want to have friends and build a relationship if I can’t respond to my heys??? I was even planning to make a YT video because I thought this was. Good idea, I still think is but I don’t understand why I pay while others don’t.

This app would be great if messages would actually deliver instead of being lost in the ether. Sometimes it takes days if not over a week for the message to actually reach the other person and vice versa.

Now I can't log in at all using my Instagram account. It was bad enough I half got notifications, but this is annoying! It's quite hit or miss and needs some work!

So in general I love the concept of this app. Everything from the layout, to the profile customizations, and the way that you can sort through the different people on the app to find someone who has similarities to you, is all very good. My only problem is that the app hides under being “free”, but in reality it is not. You can build your profile and swipe right (for hey) or left (for skip) on different people as much as you want, but if you want to so much as view who has said “hey” back to you, you have to pay for a membership... I totally get having a membership option for setting up group events (which is an option on the app) or for some other features, but to simply view or chat to the people who have tried to connect with me, I have to pay. That is so dumb to me. I swiped through so many people to try and connect and was curious as to why no one was reaching out to me. Now I know it’s probably because 90 % of them don’t have a membership and can’t see that I am the one who sent them a ‘hey’. Again, you can SEE that you were sent a ‘hey’ but if you want to see WHO sent you it, you have to pay for a membership, which isn’t cheap. The most affordable membership option is a 6 months option that comes to $7.99 a month. So ultimately I am going to delete the app and try something that has more basic free features and makes it easier and more affordable to simply see the profiles who I am matching with. Vina, please consider this. I will gladly redownload if you make the app more accessible.

I love the idea for this app yet I am one of those that does not have a Facebook or an Instagram. Instead, I’d be more than happy to share my LinkedIn to prove I’m myself. Can’t wait until I can start using this app!

Seriously the day I found this app it changed my life! I moved completely across the country (Pennsylvania to Souther California) with my boyfriend. After a 4 years we break up, I realized I was 2,000 miles away from home with absolutely no friends or no one to rely on. Then I found vina and met my best friend! To me this app not only brings women together but helps empower them. I am so grateful. Thanks Vina and the team behind the app!

I love the idea of this app. The quizzes to match with people more like me. But then i have to pay to see my heys? I cant do anything to interact with anyone unless i pay so thats very disappointing.

This app will NOT stop charging me. I never signed up for their service, I don’t want their membership and even during the time they kept charging me I never had any of these “VIP” perks. They were charging my card meanwhile the app was still trying to get me to sign up to be charged. I had to dispute everything, send them an email back in JULY, to which they’ve assured me they aren’t charging me anymore and have “cancelled” my VIP membership. I have had to keep my credit card blocked from the Apple playstore ever since then, all because I’m scared to be charged by VINA. I thought ok enough time has passed (I literally have not been able to download any new apps in the meantime because Apple is blocking my account due to the dispute). The MOMENT it got unblocked, guess what, I have a new $5.99 charge from VINA. AGAIN. Despite being assured my membership is cancelled via email! It’s literally impossible to get them to stop charging you. BEWARE before downloading and installing!

Simple. The women in the area. There’s no way to monitor individual behavior, which is understandable- but if there’s going to be a platform where women are accepted for who they are and are trying to make authentic friends, honestly I don’t believe this is the app. Well, not yet at least. In time, maybe this will become an app where women and uplift each other. As of right now, it definitely isn’t that. Don’t let my poor experience stop you, all regions of the U.S. are different.
