Im confused as to why it needs facebook/insta to let you have an account when dating apps allows emails and phone numbers? Whatever, I heard Bumble has a friend feature. You guys shouldve done some competitive analysis.

Good idea, okay execution!

The concept is great, and I’ll admit I’ve met some cool people through the app. But we all take our conversations off Hey! vina as soon as we can because the app often crashes. The UX is decent - I’ve even used it for app dev inspiration. But I have used it for a year and they still have a lot of kinks they need to work out, so it’s a little annoying that they haven’t invested the time or energy to improve it.

I get the concept, but...

If y’all are trying to advertise this like Tinder but for (Girl)Friends....you should have the option to sign up with like a cell phone number like Tinder. I’m highly surprised that you don’t have that option and you are missing out on a lot of users, because if you didn’t already know...there is a lot of people deactivating their Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Love the concept — But the apps needs work

I met one of my closest friends on Vina , but the app has functionality issues and that makes it really unfun to use. Often won’t continue to next screen, won’t save updated picture or info, won’t save new communities. I deactivated & deleted the app because it was a bit of headache and not worth the effort.

It’s not an app for people under 20

Jess Li1904

I know that the app is for girls 12+ but as a 17 year old on the app, I’ve learned that once people find out you’re seventeen (even though my profile does explicitly say under 20), they just want end up ignoring you...

Won’t let me change my photos, off to a bumpy start ??

Great Idea but too expensive

mariuwe

Super easy, cute but you have to pay even more to boost your profile. The idea is great but to keep up and constantly having to pay to get boost to make friends is too much. Quizzes are great, the setting is nice, sadly connecting is not easy. It’s easier making friends on Facebook.

Idk Why I Keep This App

For one thing, every time I go on, I sometimes encounter many bugs and I never find anyone close enough to me. Also the most annoying thing about this app is the notifications. I get like 20 notifications a day from just the “events near you”. I don’t care about that at all and there’s literally no way to opt out of those so I recently just blocked all notifications and I might just delete the app soon. It’s a very good idea and looks kinda nice but it’s not that great as it looks.

Not working at all.

I never write reviews, but with this app I had to. I’m literally trying to sign in right now and it’s not working AND I used both my email and insta. You guys really need to fix this.

Has potential but....

It is almost impossible to make friends or even interact with anyone on this app. I get the concept but it needs a lot of work. Once your cards are gone that’s it lol just prepare to have an app sitting on your phone wasting space.
