I'd used Reunion on my iMac for years but I initially considered the Reunion app overpriced at $14.99. Not so! After trying for 2 days to figure out just how I was supposed to navigate down through a family file (imported from a Gedcom) with inoperative Prev/Next arrows and having to click on a person's children to bring up the parents page, etc...I dumped this mess and gladly paid $15 for the simple ease of using Reunion!

I had a gedcom file to view containing 48 people. I installed Heredis, and in under a minute figured out how to import the file from my email. Not sure why people had trouble viewing gedcom files, but perhaps it's now fixed?

This lets me edit my own gedcom data. Will let me add sources. I have not had problems with importing or exporting gedcom's. I simply followed instructions. Other apps do not handle sources, or do not let me edit at all! One forces me to use data from familysearch.org.

I was going to use this app and replace FamViewer that I paid for but this App screwed up the import of two GEDCOMs. Missing links one the first import and incorrectly linked families on the second = no more tries for me... On top of the reviews about crashes... I'll look elsewhere...

And the app won't sync with it. Not wireless or with USB. Please fix this!

This app falls short as a family tree app. A good family tree app would show tree relationships to the root/home person. This app does not display relationships. This would be a 5 star app with this feature added.

I've searched for an easy family tree app for a while. This app is just that but it needs to be more user friendly How can I add sisters and brothers when editing a person on tree? And how to add family's to said person? Maybe add colors to each generation. Overall it's what I was looking for! Thanks!!
