When I login and auto fill my credentials I am not able to navigate easily to select ‘continue’. When I click continue the system acts like the keyboard is still up and clicking continue then starts putting random letters in the username. Very frustrating trying to access the app

We have absolutely loved using HelloFresh! First I don’t have to sit and think about what I’m going to make for the week and make a grocery list. I get to pick from an interesting list of meals that I would not normally cook nor take the time to cook! However these are already measured out and the instructions are so easy to fallow. It’s like eat out without leaving the house! We have also stepped out of our comfort zone and tried new things and have yet to be disappointed so thank you!!!
This gets my kids to cook dinner!

We love HelloFresh! We’re a family of 4 & for the past 9 months we’ve been cooking up 4 meals/wk. Best reason we love it - the food is delicious, spices are adventurous & menu choices are really interesting. Even my picky eater teen loves the food. I let the 2 teens choose the meals each week. Both of them feel engaged with the program & that makes them happy to pitch in & cook. For me it’s like eating at a great restaurant on HelloFresh nights! We really love the vegetarian choices!

My husband and I love Hello Fresh. We love cooking at home and get tired of cooking the same meals over and over. Hello Fresh makes is so easy to cook a variety of tasty, easy and fun meals that we would never have thought about cooking on our own. It removes the effort and time spent trying to find new recipes and to go get all the ingredients. We have enjoyed every meal we’ve had and we’ve been getting 3 or 4 meals every week for about 5 months. My favorite is the beef bulgogi bowl, especially the pickled veggies! There are also a lot of vegetarian meals that we have loved so much!

all of the good meals that they advertise in the pictures cost extra on top of subscription. not worth it.
Quality, Billing and Logistics Problems

Hello Fresh started strong the first week. Menus are great. Almost every week since then, there have been quality issues with produce, shipping delays, and associated credits not applied to my account accordingly. This is supposed to make my life easier, not create another hassle that needs attention. I’m not going to pay top dollar for what has turned out to be a surprise of what will show up (or not) each week.
