Quality, Billing and Logistics Problems – HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery Review

Hello Fresh started strong the first week. Menus are great. Almost every week since then, there have been quality issues with produce, shipping delays, and associated credits not applied to my account accordingly. This is supposed to make my life easier, not create another hassle that needs attention. I’m not going to pay top dollar for what has turned out to be a surprise of what will show up (or not) each week.
