The meals are always very quick and easy to prepare and they always taste incredible!

Tried the service and the meals are ok, a little stingy with the meat But the main reason im giving this app a 1 star is because there is no option to unsubscribe from the service. Yes you can choose to skip the box for per week basis but there no option anywhere on the app the app to simply stop the service..meaning if you forget skip the box a certain week it will automatically charge your card and send you meal you didnt choose. I find it to be a skeemy way to do business. The only way to stop them from charging you is by contacting customer support. Would give 0 star if i could

First, let me say that I am reviewing the Hello Fresh app only. The food products from Hello Fresh are nothing short of amazing and we have yet to encounter anything bad from that. However, the app is ridiculously bad. We just want to be able to view the available meals. There is no easy way to browse the meals. You have to view what is currently offered for the given week. There is a way to see some of the “cookbook” items. It’s a quaint little link at the very bottom on the Home Screen. Once you navigate through the pinned product ads, you finally get to see “recipes”. This is handy, I guess, if you want to get your own ingredients and make the item. We have done that with previously purchased meals. One thing you should be aware of is the meal “search”. Do not click the filter button next to the search box. If you do, you will not be able to leave the screen. As I said, we love the Hello Fresh product and we can use the web interface as a backup. Just beware that the app is probably going to be frustrating for some to use.

This app is not very intuitive to use & doesn’t offer all the same features as their mobile website. It’s also harder to navigate than the mobile website. Basically the app is redundant and useless, because if I’m going to use my phone I’m better served to use their website. Do not recommend.

This service makes you pay before you can choose your meals. When I found that there were no meal kits that met my way of eating, it took days of taking with a bot and agent before getting the box canceled, then no refund was issued

Let me tell you, I am NOT a regular visitor in the kitchen. I work from home, so I am very busy and just need something quick. Ordering HelloFresh cuts out the hard work for me! From grocery shopping, finding the correct measurements, I just love how I do not have to worry about what I’m going to eat! Just click in the app! I’m on my third box, excited for many more! I’ve already shared my link, and told my coworkers about such a blessing! Thanks again HelloFresh! Keep them coming!
