Pricing is very sketchy and they aren’t honest and upfront about pricing. They charged me for my meals and then charged me again for upgraded meals. When I checked out I thought I was paying for everything, I was not and they charged me twice. I don’t mind paying extra because I got upgraded meals but what I didn’t like was how it seemed like I was checking out and paying my total and then a few days later I got another bill. It was very sneaky how they did it and I guess it’s my fault for not realIzing what happened. Also I can’t figure out how to cancel this. I’ve been to their help center and still can’t figure out how to cancel. Now about the food. I had a total of 6 boxes come. And out of 6 3 I really enjoyed. And out of the 3 I had to replace two meats because they sent me bad food. Also instead of giving me a refund they give you a credit you can only use on your next box. Instead of sending me the food. Also my first box I didn’t get the recipe cards I sent customer service a message and they said they would send them and i still haven’t received them. It’s been several weeks now. This subscription is very disappointing and misleading. I want to know what I’m buying and exactly how much I’m spending when I hit purchase. Not to be billed again later without even knowing.

I’m Delighted with the variety of meals and their special, flavorful seasonings designed by excellent chefs delicious delightful meals all delivered to my home. What a treat! I am pleased w the healthy original choices and how much fun they are to make and sit down to without having had to run around shopping for all of it. I love getting my chef designed boxes!

I'm a single mom with a full time job and I go to school full time as well. I got a promo code for a free box and they won't let me make an account. It's really frustrating because I thought this would help with my busy life

What happened to the integrated timers are your cooking the recipe? They were super helpful and an awesome feature of the app.

They give you this sorce of “ information “/ help but they don’t tell you that YOU NEED TO SPEND MONEY OR HAVE MONEY SPENT ON YOUR BEHALF. I came searching for help because my son died and I still have 4 other children to care for. His funeral was 14,756. Then Christmas came. Shame on you!

Gift cards given through Hello Fresh are not redeemable for all products on their website. They also require you to provide credit card details to redeem. Good luck trying to get one order without subscription. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel requiring that you call in and get an overseas call center that could care less about your issues.

If you guys would let me see the weekly menu options I would most likely resubscribe so I would get the recipe but knowing I have to commit just to see what is being offer turns me off from resubscribing.

The app needs to be redesigned, it feels like it was designed for creating as much conversion funnels as possible for new customers and not for delivering the best experience for existing customers.

So I ordered food which was charged to my card and never received the food. Now it’s week 2 and still no food. In the app they have a FAQ section supposedly however the link to that section doesn’t work. Trying to figure out how to unenroll will be my next step. Wish me luck! UPDATE: used the chat feature and they fully refunded my account and gave me a credit. I’m waiting for my 2nd order which is a day late and they’ve assured me that if the food is no longer cold I will also be refunded for that order as well. I’m willing to give them another shot but yikes it’s been a rocky start!
