2 person option feeds 1

I’ll be honest, the simplicity and flavor are both great If you - don’t know how to cook or -don’t have time and are easy to please. BUT I chose the 2 person option and these servings are way too small. I’m A petite 120 on woman but I could man this whole serving. I won’t be repurchasing

Ridiculous App

Bipolar Bear

We used to have a Hello Fresh subscription and were thinking of reactivating it, but the app WILL NOT allow you to look at different meal plans without reactivating and we are not sure we want to reactivate until we see if they have a keto option. Now we will look for an alternative to Hello Fresh.

Awful for rural residences

My first order arrived today rather than last Wednesday. Multiple delays and apparent poor storage/packing caused the shrimp and pork to spoil which wrecked the whole delivery. I was also charged an extra ~$20 for something called “Dinner2Lunch” yet nothing was in the box for that. I tried Hello Fresh as an alternative to Blue Apron and will be going back to Blue Apron.

I don’t like targeted ads or capitalism. Leave me alone!

Enjoy HelloFresh

101 customer

I have received 13 shipments and we enjoy our meals very much. We like the spices and flavors. Easy directions. Customer service has been helpful and they work with you to make it right. I highly recommend HelloFresh. I recommend HelloFresh offer discounts to loyal customers as their competitors.

Feel like a chef

I have wanted to do this type of cooking and it is great to want to cook the next one.

HelloFresh review

They have good meal plans, good flavors. I just wish I could get more free boxes considering I’ve bought 15 already. And when I first signed up I never received my free 14 boxes like they said I would. Called them and they said since I already have an account that I can’t receive my free 14 boxes….. I created the account SO I could get the 14 free boxes in the first place so.. yeah I like their meals but maybe blue apron or something like that would be better option. I’m constantly getting screwed on deals with Hello Fresh.

Delicious

Meals are easy to make with simple recipes along with pictures. The picky kids even love the meals. 5 stars all of the way.

User friendly? No

Food and recipes are great, but if you’re trying to cancel a subscription, you gotta jump through hoops just to login on the web, it won’t let you cancel via app, then if it decides your password doesn’t work and you hit forgot password, you won’t get an email for reset, I’ve tried about 50 times to reset password but it won’t send to my email, I have to go to the app and keep skipping meals so I don’t get charged, which is frustrating because I don’t want this subscription anymore. So yeah only get if like being frustrated.

Food is not always fresh

Cancelling my subscription after trying out a free box a friend referred me to. I was very excited to try out after hearing such great reviews and how convenient it is for busy people like me but after trying out 2 different meals I am not impressed with the quality of food. My first box was the Monterey Jack cheeseburger and the portions were tiny for 2 people. My second box was the pecan crusted chicken with salad and when I opened my package of chicken it reeked and one of the cutlets was noticeably tinier than the other. The salad mix was slimy and the apple for it was brown, which does not make sense since I opened and put away all of my items as soon as it was delivered to my door. Makes me question the quality of storage.
