De-Tetris
I tried to use this app to see a summary report from my doctor. A login error was displayed when I tried to look at my records after logging in, there were no medications listed, and it asked for my location, which it doesn’t need. Also the pin use on the app as opposed to a password on the website is confusing. Just use my fingerprint. It’s a pretty color, though.

Terrible circular procedure for signing up and logging in. Finally got through that by quitting and logging in. Supposed to be linked to the “Patient Portal” app but was assigned different ID and PW. Information from the hospital just muddied the waters. PP app will probably be my app of choice.

This app does what it's supposed to do, and does it well. The reminders are helpful and having test results at your fingertips is quite useful when asking your PCP questions.

LOVE It!!!! Just moved to the area and getting established with the Drs. I work so it’s especially awesome. Can look at my appt. and results in 2 seconds and upload appointments to my phone calendar. Love It!!! Where has It been all these years!!!!!???

This app is a joke and not a funny one. Seriously, a pin? And no Touch ID? This app looks like something I would’ve used four years ago. I think it would be convenient and pleasant to use if it got updated. As is, it’s slow, clunky, and has crashed 5 times in the hour since downloading.
Confusing & hard to access

I am enrolled for one practice. When I try to add another practice, by either naming the provider or entering the practice code, it keeps sending me to a dead end. No luck in adding another provider, which is very frustrating, especially since I got an email saying I have new results posted. None show up in my original practice & I can’t register the other practice. Help!

Every year before I have my doctors appointment I fire up this app to see what progress they’ve made. Long story short, they haven’t made any progress. This app is so full Of glitches and is so poorly designed I’m not even going to list them here. Instead I’ll suggest the developers just give up.
