Recent update deleted the ability to record in the Playback section. Also, you cannot fast-forward or rewind in the playback section although you can move the bar back and forth.

Doesn’t connect to my WiFi. Camera continues to say offline. I know it’s the app because i contacted the camera customer support and they sent me a replacement camera and had same issue.

App used to work great but most recent update took away the ability to download video to phone which is a feature that’s supposed to be on there. Hopefully they fix this soon.

New WiFi camera works with my wives Android Samsung, but will not connect via WiFi on my iPhone. Tried everything. Frustrating.

Can’t download videos and the loop recording doesn’t work. It deletes most recent instead of oldest. Also a thing I would like to see is an option to delete multiple at once rather than deleting one by one

I’ve used another app for similar applications that is far superior to this one. There are so many things wrong with this app that I don’t know where to start. First, you can’t use special characters for your wi-fi pw, second it seems like you can’t fix the time, third they removed the ability to record the videos and I don’t see where you have an option to download the file. I’m sure I can go on and on. The developer needs to catch up to today’s needs!

I don’t understand it. It has its own unsecured Wi-Fi and won’t connect to routers. Can’t use router WiFi on my phone if it’s connected to the camera. There’s no way to use any options like the motion detection. Can’t use camera on phone if not sitting right next to it because it has to connect to WiFi next to the phone. Horrible waste of money and the minutes on the clock aren’t right. The app doesn’t explain anything, the manual only says how to connect to the app. It’s completely useless

The screen say 4K but is very blurry and the clock will not set to 12 hour format no matter how many times I try and save just 24 hours work so it’s useless
