Yes the instructions in the booklet are in Chinese but once you scan the QR code and download the app it’s in English and very straight forward.

Total waste of money. Do not buy. Battery lasts about 30 minutes. Many features do not work. Hard to connect, then must be reconnected after battery is recharged (by deleting APP and reinstalling etc etc)

Wished I had read these reviews before buying this camera. I’ve had all the bad experiences listed here before mine. The camera just doesn’t work as intended. Problems connecting to the cellular phone or to WiFi are persistent. Instructions are not well explained... It just doesn’t work correctly... I’m returning it!!!!!!
